Wight Aerials Approved by the Isle of Wight Trading Standards!
On the 15th September 2005, Wight Aerials were presented with their Isle of Wight Trading Standards seal of approval.
Mike Downes, proprietor of Wight Aerials said :

- Wight Aerials have been audited by the Isle of Wight Trading Standards Service. This audit included:
- A criminal record check
- Credit checks
- An interview with Trading Standards officers
- Replies from questionnaires sent out to a selection of previous and existing customers
- Wight Aerials agree to:
- Provide a reliable, quality service
- Comply with the spirit and letter of the law
- Ensure staff are adequately trained for the work carried out
- Deal with any complaints promptly, effectively and courteously
- Keep records of any complaints
- Acknowledge and respond to any advice given by the Trading Standards Service
- Agree to abide by the decision of Trading Standards in the unlikely event of a dispute
